A young girl one day up and left her beloved hometown in extreme West Texas. Her travels led her to the piney woods of East Texas. She may have left her southwest culture physically, but it lingered in her heart and her taste buds. She welcomed all that East Texas had to offer, which included a very southern appetite. People seemed to like their stuff “sweetened” up a bit. Hot sauce was her passion, but the stuff she concocted would make cowboys run for the well! Thus, she decided to unite the spicy kick of the southwest with a little sweet southern appeal, creating Texas Sugar.
